We may collect your name, telephone number, vehicle information, service location, Google Maps location pin, requested roadside service, service status, and communications related to your roadside assistance request.
We use this information only to respond to roadside assistance requests, confirm the vehicle and service location, provide pricing and estimated arrival information, communicate service updates, dispatch a technician, process service records, and maintain business and safety records.
Customers initiate contact with VENU AVA Roadside Assistance and may provide consent during a phone call or by voluntarily sending a text message, including a Google Maps location pin, to our business number. SMS messages are used only for transactional customer care related to the specific roadside assistance request.
